COMMITTEES Santa Barbara County Arts Commission makes recommendations to the County Board of Supervisors on cultural arts policy. County Art in Public Places (CAPP) is responsible for the development and implementation of the County Art in Public Places program and manages the County's Percent for Art funds. City Arts Advisory makes recommendations on cultural arts policy to the City Council. Visual Art in Public Places (VAPP) provides essential review for public art projects in the City of Santa Barbara. |
